It feels like I’m counting March’s weekly wrap ups wrong, because there is no way we’re on number 4. How many weeks are in March, anyway? Excuse my terrible math.

Well, that wasn’t so great

I know this was not a successful week in terms of reading or accomplishing my goals. But, I’m starting to pick things back up some more, so I’ll be more productive onward.

But…

I am learning more French and Spanish, and I’m studying the grammar aspects of the languages. It is time consuming, but challenging without overwhelming me too much.

In terms of exercise, I have not been that successful. Perhaps my goals have been aimed too high, and I may need to simplify them a bit.

The nice thing is that I have been meditating more than I used to. My sleep has also started to get much better. I’m well rested, thank my lucky stars for that!
